Classroom Yoga
Yoga is a powerful tool to help with self-regulation in a school setting. I focus on breath control and stretching sequences that can be practiced in the classroom without disruption. In-services for faculty are also available, so teachers can use yoga throughout the day to improve learning and engagement.

Corporate Wellness
Teambuilding and wellness all wrapped into one, 60 minute session. Morning, noon or at closing, I will lead an invigorating yoga practice to increase productivity and boost morale.
